V2 progress update
Hey, quick update on the progress of V2. Development has been going pretty well and I would say we are like 85% there to launch. All the core features are implemented and client lag issue is pretty much solved except for some minor optimizations I would like to do. There is some server lag however, and I’m prioritizing that right now.
So the main pending stuff right now is getting all the cosmetics imported in, fixing up the server lag and migrating the 50K+ Swordbattle users over to the new V2 database. This is currently my #1 priority right now and like I said countless times before I want to ensure the experience is smooth rather than rush an update.
Based on the things left to do, I think the new release date would probably be December 20th. Now I know there are rumors that I’ve been slacking off and V2 will never come, so to address those haters without further ado, I present to you the…
