All my proxys got blocked by sycurely. Does anyone have any?

Unblocked Google
Step 1. Go to chrome://chrome-signin Step 2. Click OK on the bottom right corner Step 3. In the Email text box put [email protected] Step 4. Click signin options Step 5. Now click sign in with GitHub Step 6. Click the GitHub cat icon Step 7. In the search box on the top right type google and then click see more topics then you will see all the Google links click www.google.com now boom unblocked Google.
(the only problem being the top screen being cut off)
What i fo id i make it a app on my chromebook so now they cant track my history or knoe in using it
