Here was a video of me testing the ice biome’s slipperiness
I noticed that one rectangular area (near a frozen lake?) was the most slippery. The rest of the biome didn’t really seem all that slippery at all.
Another bug, the leaderboard and minimap only shows players near you.
Ohh I think that’s actually intentional then. The lake is supposed to be frozen / slippery. But I guess the hitboxes are a rectangle cc @Mistik
Dont worry speed and other stuff will be optimized and it will be better
New thing I noticed, it’s not really a big deal though.
When you push a rock for long enough, sometimes you’ll glitch right through it.
Huh, just died for no reason. I was just pushing rocks to the bottom of the map.
Edit: Wait hol up, I think I’m dying when I push a rock against the border of the map, will try again.
Yep, replicated this 2 times already.
If you push a rock against the border of the map, you will die for no reason.
Additionally, you will still be able to move around after the death screen. This isn’t the case when you die to lava.
Neither of those happen to me strange
Also, I think this is only happening when you’re in the river. Doesn’t seem to work in other biomes, or when you’re pushing against the left and right border.
Wait does the user and the camera move? Or is it just one of them?
I got it aswell the tap through rock and both of the other glitches
The camera and player move in opposite directions for some reason idk why
Yeah movement’s a bit confusing. I was also noticing that I was moving on the minimap.
lag is pretty bad on my school chromie
I have some suggestions:
Make lava take your health down slower
The rocks dont fit the art as they have to be looked at top down. Maybe use the rocks Angel made.
Thhings I noticed:
After leaving, you cant go back into the grey circle at the center
FPS lag or Ping lag?
Thats intentionally (its a safezone)
i figured
ive seen 1000 ping for a brief second but it avgs at about 250
FPS stays in the 20-28 range but ive seen 18
go on settings and disable webgl
Fps is trash after this update I noticed to on Chromebook, any way we can debug? Tried both webgl and canvas.
Also it’s just a black screen on my phone when I press play:
I’ll see how it goes on my chromebook, give me a sec.
It runs pretty well on my macbook tho, more than 60 fps I think.
Update: Yeah, I’m just getting a black screen, seeing nothing. Also after waiting for a few seconds, I see a death screen, just saying “Accidentally died”.
