I think that @gautam might let some people make community updates for the battle and they are one chosen that is the most popular and it might last for a few weeks until the next one to keep us entertained until the next real update.

Skins are already technically ran by the community already but there could be an evolution builder that you could input stats into so then members of the community could make their own evolutions too
