A popular clan is a successful one. I don’t know what the tierlist is based on, but if it’s based on how skilled the clans are instead of popularity, both clans have some of the best PVPers.

eh, i see them from time to time, there’s maybe 2 or 3 left
but not since summer break started
we should make a clan info board sorta thing, with their names, member counts, a description, age, and status (ex. Active, Partly Active, Temporarily Inactive, Inactive, Extinct)
