They don’t have rights to the game’s assets. Regardless of its version, it’s not freely redistributable.

Laxitude got DMCA´d then aurmian made a EaglerX version witch instantly get DMCA´d but you can still run it on replit. Then mojang said if they change it to 1.8.9 it will be fine for some reason? So they did, then they randomly DMCA´d LegendSMP… why idk then they just stopped :D

Cap cause eaglercraft is now a 3rd party client. Eaglercraft It used to not so I got DMCA´d.
