1st I find cap because you said you would close my post because of 1 random person being off topic bro that not handling it, that just having a skill issue plus bad tl4 moderation which btw your DMS will not be safe if this gets closed because of 1 guy.
2nd then keep doing that I pretty sure you said enough of your flags get a person silence so if he doesn’t stop he gets flagged he get silenced.
if the system thinks what I flag is bad enough, he gets auto silenced yes
