Here’s how I think the submission system could work:

There would be a button in the skin shop that says:
“Add A Skin” or something like that

Players would click that button and it would take them to the next page.

They would have to upload their skin and sword
The computer would only accept it if it is the right sizes
Then they would add a name, description, and price

If its correct, the skin would be put on a waitlist

Then, Gautam or someone else could check the skin on the waitlist, and approve them by clicking a check button, or reject by clicking an X button.
He should also be able to change the name, desc, and/or price
If rejected, Gautam should be able to write an explanation on why it was rejected
ex. “Not circular enough” or “Not appropriate for the game”

After it is approved, it will be added to the game for players to buy
