More than a whole second of wait time; you could stealth before it fired meaning that you could shoot while stealthed; wait time makes it obsolete in pvp(eg if you were midfall and sniped someone it would fire only when you reached the ground)
Concept was good but the final product wasnt the best
that just means you need to use your brain to use railgun? I was using it and it was just fine
