I am a Shadow dawning a purple cloak with white glowing eyes. I wield an enchanted blade that is indestructible and always return to me. The blade is able to easily slice through the toughest materials. I am able to disappear and reappear into any shadow or using my cloak, going into a different realm (with other people if I allow it) where all my abilities are heightened, including health/stamina regeneration, speed, and strength.

But I have tiers to prevent me from being OP
Tier 1: I can only turn into things about as big as an average PC monitor or smaller (except guns 
)
Tier 2: I can turn into anything as big as a Queen size bed and smaller (from now on, I can’t turn into guns at any tier)
Tier 3: I can turn into anything smaller or equal to the size of a semi-truck cargo container and I’m as durable as titanium
Tier 4: I can turn into anything smaller than a two-story house
Tier 5: I can turn into anything smaller than a Blue Whale and am as durable as Kevlar (prob won’t get past this tier)
Tier 6: I can turn into anything smaller than a Pacific Rim Jaeger (Gypsy Danger) (260 ft) and have the same durability as it
Tier 7: I can turn into anything smaller than Godzilla Earth (985 ft) and have the same durability as it
Tier 8: I can turn into anything smaller than the moon and have the same durability as it
Tier 9: I can turn into anything smaller than Earth
Tier 10: I can turn into anything smaller than Jupiter and be almost indestructible
Tier 11: I can turn into anything smaller than the sun and be near indestructible
Tier 12: I can turn into anything smaller than UY Scuti and be 99.9999999% indestructible
Tier GOD: I can turn into anything of any size and I become completely indestructible.
Moving between tiers requires energy and a lot of power. So getting the higher tiers would be near impossible.

- Blackhole: I can summon blackholes that can be used for anything such as armor or a really strong sword or blaster that shoots a pheonix a blackhole.

- I have all the power of mc steve in creative with mods and hacked client (basically infinite strength it has been proven since mc water buckets have infinite mass and the ability to just strip you of all power and i can /kill you which just forces death no matter what /kick you banish you from existence and dont get me started on mods i can have armor that makes me unable to take any damage from anything and i can just 1 shot you lol)

What I’m trying to say here is that some people have wildly overpowered abilities. Penguin is a great example of a balanced ability. She is super powerful, and can probably beat anyone, but she can only fight for 30 minutes before having to rest.
Flame is another example. He is versatile, being able to reflect projectiles with his umbrella, and being able to duel opponents with the handle AND the tip, depending on the situation. His umbrella can still be stolen or destroyed, but he can easily purchase another mid-combat at frightening speeds.
A-Bot also has a balanced ability. He can’t really immediately win, but over time, he grows stronger. However, he can still be beat in his higher tiers with Gautam using coding abilities, or something like Flame conducting electricity during a thunderstorm with his umbrella and short-circuiting A-Bot. That doesn’t make him a weak fighter, though.
However, let’s look at someone like Shadowblade. He just wins against futurepear if he can teleport him to the shadow dimension quick enough, can cut through even higher tiered A-Bot, can never be disarmed, can quick-drop someone by teleporting them to his dimension, and more. There are no drawbacks specified.
Another example is futurepear. He apparently has NO LIMITATION IN MIND CONTROLLING, which already can make him win by default, but can also never be killed unless he A) rots or B) is nuked. But how are you going to nuke futurepear when he can just mind control you not to and then send a 1000kph piece of metal at you?
Now, monke just shows up, and he just says he can use super strength, invisibility, shapeshifting, elemental control, telekinesis, a healing factor, immortality, clairvoyance, mind control, the ability to WARP FREAKING REALITY, AND SUMMON BLACK HOLES?!
