Misspelled has two sโ€™ because the start of the world spelled. If you split the words, it would be โ€œmis-spelledโ€. However, grammared is A. not a word and B. grammar is spelled with an a before the r.
Without context, โ€œmiss grammeredโ€ would mean that you are talking to someone whoโ€™s last name is โ€œgrammeredโ€
Specificly, according to wikipedia, Miss is typically used for a girl or for an ummarried women.
