Using Google Ads to promote my IO Game

In my personal opinion Gautam, all this is not catching any viewers/players. Because all these ads are very professional meaning like “Play now and make friends” like imo that only looks like people who don’t have friends join and what I meant by professional I meant that you were being formal. Also if I got those types of ads I wasn’t gonna click on them instead you should get advice on what may catch some people. Like identify trends, THIS js an example alr? let’s say u add skibidi toilet or smth I guarantee ur gonna get people joining because many people watch this stuff or at middle school people talk about this stuff cus I have a cuz that all they talk about is skibidi toilet. I’m not saying to add skibidi toilet but to be creative, i’d seek out from chat-gpt for some marketing advice on catchy stuff or js platforms to market.

Hey! I saw you also advertised on iogames.space. Was that effective?

A little more info on this - I tried it myself, and have been live on the featured list for a couple of hours, and so far it seems that no, it is absolutely not effective.

Really? I guess people don’t use it to find new games? Also does your game have mobile support?

No not really, infact I get more traffic from iogames forum than there
The site these days is just Addicting games self promoting games from them and their friends

These look great!

To be fair I do see some players coming from there, and paying $30 USD bumped that up a bit, just not enough to warrant the cost.

Unfortunately no, my game doesn’t really suit mobile.

Oh interesting! I guess that explains why the Featured list contains the same games over and over.

Yeah they gave me a free permanent spot in the featured section but you do have to scroll to the last a bit, price is knowingly high to rip off new devs, nobody is paying that price lol

I paid it, but just for a one-off experiment
