Depends on your device os.
Windows: just go to the device manager and find your stuff.

Mac: click on the Apple icon in the top-left corner of your screen. Then select About this Mac from the drop-down menu. In the pop-up window, you will see your processor (CPU), memory (RAM), graphics (GPU), and more.
