So either

1. Multiple people is playing on his account (on different servers)
   or
2. He is playing on multiple servers at the same time, possible spliting his screen like this:

He has a method of opening 2 or more tabs and joining into game at same time so he probably did that or smh simaler maybe one of angel tactics

You have to use a different server on your second tab
