not like that, i mean it would face the mouse and the W/up key would move it foreward and s/down would go backward

Yeah, I second this. You can have a good game with good game mechanics, but you can also have a bad game with good graphics. Plus graphics are something that can always be added in later.

the joystick doesnt let me use boost (desktop) so maybe have space for boost temp
also when it says who scored it could have two boxes
the top one says who scored (with their color for the background)
and another one right below it says who got the point

Tried it just now, controls are mildly annoying. Also bot UI for opponents in a 3 bot match seems to just be chase the ball, so they kinda just kick it into their own goal so long as the ball is in the correct position.
