Wait I’m genuinely confused. Is mewing just making sure your tongue’s at the roof of your mouth? Isn’t that where your tongue should be resting? Have I been mewing my whole life then?

All the sources that I’m finding online says something along the lines of “Mewing is the technique of flattening out your tongue against the roof of the mouth.”
