What will you do first when you become Tl4 or Mod?

If I become a tl4, I will read all the unlisted posts.

if I get leader I wont do much I mean I will read some hidden and unlisted posts and maybe comment on some closed ones that are still a little active

I would read the unlisted postal talk to users to promote kindness and understanding in our community and would make sure that false flags were punished and attempt to make off topic not silencable anymore

I would have clear guidelines about what i allow and what i dont allow, so that ppl dont get suspended or silenced unfairly.

I would participate in discussions as i do now, and motivate ppl to be more active on the forum

I will encourage ppl to stay active, with shout outs or badges to help keep ppl posting.

I will keep the conflict down, when i see a problem, i will intervene quickly, and make everyone feel heard

I will listen to feedback to what ppl think of my moderating

I will have no favoritism, or vis versa with hating ppl

lastly i will lead by example, by being kind and showing ppl how you should act on a online forum

In conclusion, i will have clear guidelines, engage actively, help keep positivity, and lastly enforce rules fairly and efficiently, and lead by example

lol getting silenced for being off topic is terrible :cry: because off topic is too loose a designation I think there are many better ways to fix this in a better what that fits with the forums original goals
